RETURN POLICY

COCCOLIME wants you to be completely satisfied with its products. Returns of any product with us are completely free and can be done in store or online. Keep in mind that the products you wish to return will have to be completely new and with their original labels. You'll also need proof of purchase, such as a receipt or gift certificate, and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you bought a product online and you just don't like it after receiving it, don't worry, we'll take it back in full. It is possible to return your items in store or online within 30 days of delivery. It will be necessary that the products have not been used, that they have their original labels and a proof of payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you've purchased or received a COCCOLIME product, but it doesn't feel the way you'd like, or you just don't like the color, we've got you covered. Exchanges are possible for a different color or size, and the best thing is that exchanges for the same item with us are completely free and available to everyone, although you should keep in mind that exchanges will only be valid within 30 days after your purchase/delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY

Quality is what makes COCCOLIME so distinguished. We want the quality of our products to live. Each of our products is covered by a 1-year warranty that will cover any type of defect such as manufacturing defects. If this is the case, we are willing to replace your items free of charge.

CYCLING CLOTHING WARRANTY POLICY

Accidents will make you a better cyclist, and we are committed to helping you improve. If you have been involved in an accident that damaged your equipment within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a 40% discount to replace your damaged items. In order to help you, you will need to provide us with photos of your damaged equipment and proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover natural wear and tear on the product. The age of your items will also be taken into account.

SHIPPING POLICY

For deliveries in Mexico City (CDMX), Guadalajara and Monterrey, the first estimated delivery date will be the day of purchase plus 2 business days.
For the rest of the cities in the Mexican Republic, the second estimated delivery date will be the day of purchase plus 4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all purchases equal to or greater than 1000 Mexican pesos. This promotion is valid for all locations within the Mexican Republic.
