Accidents will make you a better cyclist, and we are compromised to help you become better. If you’ve been involved in a crash or an accident that damaged your gear 30 days after your purchase, you will receive a 40% discount to replace your damaged items. For us to help you, you will have to provide us with photos of your damaged gear, and proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover natural wear and tear. The age of your items will also be taken into consideration.
